Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must not be used and should be in its original, unopened packaging with all original labels intact.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
  • You must provide photographic proof of the product’s condition and packaging.

 

How to Request a Return or Refund?

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email at support@paducase.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • A photo of the product showing its condition and packaging

Once we receive your return request and confirm that your item meets the return conditions, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please print this label and affix it to the return package.

Once your product is shipped back to our return address, please send the correct tracking number to support@paducase.com.

 

Return or Exchange Shipping Fees:

  • Paducase covers return shipping if the product is damaged, defective, or if we made an error in fulfilling the order.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, such as a change of mind, incorrect product choice, or failure to contact us for address changes or product corrections within 24 hours, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

No Restocking Fees:

There are no restocking fees charged on any returns.

 

Return Timeframe:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or issue refunds.

 

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate. If there is an issue with the address after your order is placed, please contact us within 24 hours to make any necessary corrections. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address, and you will be responsible for any costs associated with reshipping or returning the product.
