All orders on Paducase are shipped free of charge, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Time:
1、Order Cut Off Time :
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed within 1–2 business days.
2、Delivery Time:
The total delivery time for your order is the sum of the handling time and the transit time. Please note that our estimated shipping timelines do not include handling or production time.
3、Handling time:
We take 1 - 2 Business Days as handling time before shipping the products and then we ship them between Monday - Friday, not including public holidays.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us via email at support@paducase.com.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they enter the processing stage.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address or selected the wrong product, you must notify us within 24 hours for corrections. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided after this period.
Unforeseen Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays, including:

- Weather conditions (storms, natural disasters)
- Carrier delays (operational issues)
- Public holidays or peak seasons
- These delays are not included in the estimated delivery times.
