Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the item(s) you received, you can submit a return request within 30 days of delivery. Return requests will be assessed and processed by our customer support team.

 

Return and Refund Authorization:

  • Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Products must be in original condition with all labels and packaging intact.
  • You cannot return anything that have been cleaned, used, or altered.
     

How to return the item:

If your return is accepted,To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@paducase.com to get a complimentary return shipping label., which you can print and attach to the return package.

Please include your order number and reason for the return when contacting us.

Please do not return your items without getting return confirmation via email from support@paducase.com.

 

Return method:

Send By Mail

Once your product is shipped back to our return address, please send the correct tracking number to support@paducase.com.

 

Return or Exchange Shipping Fees:

  • If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, paducase will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return or exchange is due to non-quality issues, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. Please contact us at support@paducase.com for specific fees and addresses.
     

No Restocking Fees:

There are no restocking fees charged on any returns.

 

Refund Process:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:

If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 5 business days.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds Late:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted

Exchange:

Only things that were harmed or defective because of our error will be exchanged. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We are committed to promptly resolving any issues to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Cancel Order:

1. To cancel an order, email us at support@paducase.com.
2. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order is canceled before it is shipped, no fees will be charged.
3. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, or the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
